CURTIS - CRUMBAUGH

Mr. Curtis was very jolly, a great reader of the Cumberland Presbyterian
Church papers and an interested follower of the Democratic politics in the

Mary Jane CRUMBAUGH was born on 5 JUN 1842 in McLean County, Illinois.
She died on 28 JAN 1923 , and was buried in Delavan, Illinois.
   Parents: Montgomery CRUMBAUGH (b. 4 JUN 1813) and Mary Anne WEST (b. 12 NOV 1824)

Attended a private school in LeRoy, IL, but left to help with the care of
seven younger sisters and brothers when their mother died. She had a
literay turn of mind and often wrote verse for the entertainment of
herself and family.

Michael CURTIS and Mary Jane CRUMBAUGH were married on 26 SEP 1872.
They had the following children:

Harry M. CURTIS was born on 21 NOV 1873 in Trazewell County, IL.
